I checked out a few bikes before finally going with Hero, the price just felt more sensible, more practical. The mileage has been good, service cost is not heavy, and parts are easy, easy to find. For my daily office rides, it gives really good value. It’s not fancy or anything, not at all, but it does the job well and helps save money in the long run. So far, I’m happy with it

The engine pulls cleanly, there’s no unusual noise, and the mileage has been good so far. That said, I do feel a little misled because it wasn’t exactly presented the way I experienced it. It’s not a bad vehicle by any means, but I wish everything had been more upfront from the start

I had to use the warranty support for my Hero bike, it was kind of a mixed experience. The service center did check the issue properly and, after a few calls, they accepted the claim. The frustrating part was the waiting around and not really getting clear updates unless I followed up. In the end, the bike did get fixed, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely could have been smoother. I’d give it 3 stars.

The ride does feel a little bumpy when the roads are bad, especially over rough patches and potholes. It’s not awful or anything, just something you notice. On normal roads it’s fine, and I got used to it quickly. Not a dealbreaker for me, but worth mentioning.

For short rides, the seat feels totally fine to me, and I don’t really have any complaints. But once I’m on a longer trip, my back starts getting tired quickly. I’m probably a bit picky about comfort, but I do think the suspension could be a little better

I’ve been using my Hero bike for my office commute for a while now, maybe since around March or April, I don’t remember the exact date. The braking has been really good so far. In traffic and even during sudden stops, it feels steady and doesn’t make me nervous. Safety-wise, I feel more confident riding it every day. No major complaints from my side yet.

The fuel lasts a good while and the mileage is really nice. I almost blame it for making me forget when I last filled up.

I recently had a problem with my bike service bill, so I raised a complaint on the Hero MotoCorp website. They did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I had to remind the service center twice, which was a bit frustrating at the time. The latest update is that they corrected the extra charge and explained what went wrong, so I’m feeling better about it now. Overall, the complaint was resolved, but the process could definitely be faster and less confusing.

I’d say Hero bikes are decent for the price. Like, the features you get are good enough... the digital meter, mileage info, and even basic phone connectivity on some models are nice to have. But yeah, the website and app feel a bit slow at times. Finding the exact tech specs or trying to compare bikes isn’t always simple... it takes more clicks than it should. Overall, not bad, but not super smooth either. Good bikes, average online experience. I’d give it 3 stars...

I needed a few spare parts for my Hero bike, so I checked Hero first. Most of the part info was easy enough to find, and I could locate a nearby dealer without much trouble. The part was available in about 2 days, which was sorta fine for me. The site can be a little slow sometimes, but overall it was a good experience.

I’ve been using my Hero bike every day for office, it’s been mostly fine. The mileage is okay and the comfort is decent too, so on normal days I don’t really have much to complain about. But when I cross around 50 kmph, the engine noise starts feeling a little too much, which gets slightly annoying. There’s also some vibration on the handle, especially in traffic, and that kind of spoils the mood during longer rides. I did get it checked at the service center, but there wasn’t much improvement. Overall, it’s a good enough bike for daily use, just wish it felt a little smoother.
